ICM System Installation and Commissioning
With the goal of establishing systems that deliver high efficiency, precision, and quality standards in powder coating production processes, the ICM (Impact Classifier Mill) system developed by NEUMAN & ESSER (NEA GROUP) has been successfully commissioned in this project.
The ICM system installed within the scope of the project enhances product quality by enabling the separation of ground powder into the desired particle size through its integrated classifier structure. The system stands out with:
-
High circulation efficiency,
-
Low energy consumption,
-
Easy maintenance and cleaning,
-
Fast product changeover capabilities.
As part of the installation, a fully automated production line was established, featuring:
-
Precision dosing systems,
-
High-efficiency mixers ensuring homogeneous blending,
-
Infrastructure designed to minimize energy loss throughout the process.
With an automation infrastructure that ensures continuous monitoring and control at every stage of the powder coating process, the system provides stable and repeatable production without requiring operator intervention.
The production line has been designed with the flexibility to meet not only today’s needs but also the future demands of the industry. The integration of NEUMAN & ESSER technology, which is preferred by approximately 85% of the global powder coating market, has brought international quality standards and competitive advantage to our project.
